Welcome! We are so happy to see you here. Please note that monthly may not be exactly every 30 days. It will vary somewhat based upon slaughter and shipping dates, which are affected by statutory holidays, weather, etc. Our goal is to have orders finalized a week before shipping/delivery dates so that we know final shipment weight in order to determine shipping costs.
