These can be added to your regular Herdshare order, subject to availability. We recommend putting down a deposit on Ground Beef Packs so that we can plan with the butcher when we are giving him cutting instructions.

- Lard (home rendered, in jars)
- Beef kidney fat
- Beef shank
- Beef stew meat
- Ground beef packs
- Ground pork
- Smoked pork hocks (for split pea soup)
- Lamb cuts (Assorted, 12 lb)
We can add almost anything to your order except for extra steak. Sometimes people like to substitute some stew meat for part of their ground beef packs.
