Beef Processing Dates, 2020

Due to the effects of Covid 19, it has been very difficult to book slaughter dates in the past few months.  So far we have been able to book beef animals in on the following dates.  Turnaround is about 4 weeks from slaughter to cut/wrap/box/freeze, and shipping (if applicable).  We are taking deposits for beef on the following dates:

  • November 30 (Beef, pork)
  • December 7 (Beef, lamb)

Lamb Slaughter Dates, 2020

We have lambs booked for slaughter from July to November.  Lambs are not dry-aged for very long, so they are usually available for pickup within a week to ten days after slaughter.
